Esta es una casa-hotel- SPA que ofrece la tranquilidad de la naturaleza.

Descripción:
2 cuartos. El principal con una cama doble y una cama tarima para dos personas más. El segundo cuarto cuenta con tres camas. Esto para un total de 7 personas en la casa. Un baño, una sala y un comedor.

La zona húmeda cuenta con una piscina amplia donde podrá nadar y refrescarse. Un jacuzy y un turco. El clima dónde está ubicada la propiedad, es siempre cálido. Por lo que siempre podrá disfrutar de la zona húmeda sin problema.

Se proveen las toallas, tanto la del baño como la de la zona húmeda. El jabón de cuerpo, el shampoo y él acondicionador. En el baño encontrará un secador de pelo para su disposición.
La casa cuenta con wifi en la zona húmeda, el comedor y la sala. Hay un televisor con Direct TV que podrá utilizar. Cada pieza tiene su ventilador.

Hay un jardín grande por el que se puede caminar alrededor de la propiedad.

The house has two rooms, one bathroom, living room with a tv and a dining room.
The main room has a queen size bed and a bunk bed for two more people. The other room has three beds. Each of the rooms have their own fan. This for a total of 7 people in the house.

The wet area has a large pool where you can swim and cool off. A jacuzzi and a steam bath. The weather where the property is located, is always warm and nice outside.

We provide towels for the shower and the pool. The body soap, shampoo and conditioner. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom in case you need it. The WiFi works in the wet area where you can have a comfortable living room to work or use the WiFi. There is a TV in the house with Direct TV. Each room has their own fan.

Esta es una finca familiar por lo que será compartida con sus dueños. Margarita y Juan Guillermo, una pareja adulta y culta que estará encantada de recibirlos y ponerlos cómodos. El compartir el espacio no significa que usted tendrá que compartir con ellos. Su espacio será totalmente respetado y se le dará privacidad absoluta. La casa en la que usted se hospedará está completamente aparte de la de los dueños.

El alquiler de la finca funciona más como un hotel el cual ofrece las comidas y meriendas. Las anteriores serán acordadas de acuerdo a su gusto con el dueño de la propiedad. Se trata de darle gusto al cliente ofreciéndole un menú variado y exquisito. Si se requiere de ciertas bebidas alcohólicas, tenemos un menú con cócteles que se cobrará aparte del coste de alquiler.

This is a family property that is why the owners would be there; Margarita and Juan Guillermo, a retired couple that would be happy to welcome you and make yourself comfortable. The fact that the owners would be there doesn't mean you have to share time with them. Your space would be totally respected and you would have entire privacy. The house were you would stay is totally apart to the owners’ house.
The rent of the property works as a hotel. We provide the meals and snacks.We offer an exquisite and delicious menu that you can choose based on your needs. We also have a cocktail menu and some liqueur to offer, but this one would be additional charge.

Caminatas por senderos agradables y seguros
Ir a conocer Cauca Viejo. Una parcelación muy linda que recrea un típico antiguo pueblo colombiano.
Visitar Jericó y sus museos: Arte religioso, arqueológico, la academia de historia, el cable aéreo y el parque de las nubes.
Circuito por los pueblos del suroeste: Jardín, Bolívar, Andes, Hispania...
Gallera cada mes en Puente Iglesias.

Jerico queda a una hora manejando. aproximadamente a 34 kilómetros
La Pintada esta aproximadamente a 25 min y a unos 19 kilómetros.

Things to do:
There are a lot of beautiful paths to go hiking.
Visit Cauca Viejo. A beautiful condominium that makes you feel like in an old Colombian town. All the houses around are characteristic from Colombia.
There is a twin close by named Jericó, where you can find the museums such us: Religious art, archaeological, history academy. Also there is a cable car and a nice park called the Clouds Park. Jericó is located about an hour away from the property (34 kilometers).
There are another towns close by: Jardín,Bolívar, Hispania, Andes and more.
Rooster fights once a month in Puente Iglesias.
For an extra cost you can make a gardening course.
There is a grocery store located about 3 min drive and 20 walking.

Cada persona por día tiene un coste de $300.000 COP. Los cuales incluyen las tres comidas y cóctel de bienvenida. Las comidas incluyen: entrada, plato fuerte, postre y copa de vino.

The cost per day, per person is $300.000 COP. That price includes the three meals and a complimentary cocktail. The meals include: Entree, main plate, dessert and a cup of wine.

You can choose if you want to stay the night or if you want to join us for a Sunny Day. This one has a cost of $150.000 COP (per person) and you can enjoy the wet area during all day long. Also includes a gourmet lunch and towels for the wet area.
