Hotel Koala Inn 2.86

One of the original backpacker hostels in Colombia, the Koala Inn has suffered greatly from the lack of tourism in southern Colombia in the recent years. Now that the traveller scene has begun to pick up again, the hostel is regaining its former life and energy as the flow of visitors increases.

With good facilities, a great, central location and a cheery, friendly welcome, Koala Inn is a great place to stop on the road to or from Ecuador. The knowledgeable manager Luis will happily share advice on where to go and what to do in the area.

Opened in 1992 by previous Australian owner, the hostel has been set up to meet the needs of the budget traveller offering simple and affordable rooms.
