#YogaOnTheGo is a way of life. My yoga philosophy is about intention, inclusivity and sharing. I incorporate movement, breath, meditation, strength, compassion and fun into what I practice and teach.

Over the last ten years I've lived the corporate-city-commute, juggled timezones, prioritised family time and now I'm taking my mat on the road as I travel around the world for the next year.

It's a location independence adventure! I offer classes wherever I go. You are also welcome to join me in self-practice. 20% of my class takings go towards non-profit and social causes that inspire me along my travels.
