Te invitamos a conocer "Hostel Refugio", un punto para el encuentro de viajeros y exploradores que quieran conocer otras personas y vivir la experiencia de ser un local en el sector rural de Trincao en la Isla de Chiloé.

Entre el bosque y el mar, alejado del ruido y movimiento de la ciudad, nace "Hostel Refugio" que ofrece el lugar perfecto de relajo y conexión con la vida local en un acogedor loft donde el estar, la cocina y el dormitorio se conjugan en un solo espacio. Es atendido por sus dueños, quienes quieren compartir contigo la calidez hogareña del sur al final del camino.

Nuestro Hostel se ubica en la ciudad de Quellón, el último punto de la isla grande de Chiloé, fin de la Ruta 5. Su entorno combina de manera única comunidades rurales, islas cercanas, puerto, agricultura, artesanía y costumbres típicamente chilotas. Desde el puerto de Quellón te puedes conectar con Chaitén, Chacabuco y Puerto Cisnes.

El Sector Rural de Trincao se encuentra ubicado aproximadamente a 20 minutos del centro de Quellón. Dado que no existe locomoción pública, nuestro servicio incluye el traslado , para que tu visita sea inolvidable. Es el lugar perfecto para descansar, reponer energías y desconectarse del movimiento cotidiano.

Desde nuestro balcón podrás tener una vista panorámica a las islas Coldita y Laitec, el mar y el cordón patagónico, donde los días despejados permiten apreciar los volcanes Michimahuida, Chaitén, Corcovado, entre otros. Podrás comprar productos locales de nuestros vecinos, cosechar tus propias lechugas y papas desde sus huertos, además de participar en la elaboración de curantos y comidas típicas chilotas. Ven a ser parte del sector Rural de Quellón, visitando sus iglesias tradicionales y playas, saliendo a mariscar, haciendo senderismo y mucho más!

Tarifas:
- Por persona en único dormitorio de 6 camas y baño compartido $ 19.000 CLP
- Los pagos se deben realizar a la llegada en efectivo o transferencia electrónica
- Por ahora NO se reciben pagos con tarjetas de débito o de crédito

- Los traslados de Quellón a "Hostel Refugio" se realizan a las 11:30am, 4:00pm y 9:30pm desde Calle Ladrilleros esquina Av. La Paz. (previa coordinación)

- Los traslados de "Hostel Refugio" a Quellón, se realizan a las 11:00am, 3:30pm y 9:00pm (previa coordinación).

Horarios:
- Check in desde 2:00pm
- Check out hasta 11:00am
- Desayunos todos los días desde 8:30 am a 10:30 am.

Reserva:
- Las reservas se podrán efectuar a través de nuestro mail ( hostelrefugiotrincao@gmail.com ) detallando nombre de pasajeros y fecha de ingreso y salida o llamando a los fonos +56 9 499 12 405 / +56 9 847 15 289. Una vez recibido su requerimiento, se le enviará, dentro de 24 hrs, su confirmación vía mail.

- Las reservas solo se hacen efectivas una vez depositado el valor del 50% de su estadía a más tardar con 3 días de anticipación a la fecha de ingreso del pasajero a la cuenta que se le indicará via e-mail.
- Sin previo pago, su reserva se encuentra sujeta a la disponibilidad del hostel al momento de su ingreso.

- Una vez realizado el pago, solicitamos enviar el comprobante al email: hostelrefugiotrincao@gmail.com

Cancelación:
- Se deberá informar mediante un correo electrónico a hostelrefugiotrincao@gmail.com, con al menos 2 días de anticipación a la fecha de su ingreso para recuperar el 100 % de su depósito. Fuera de ese plazo solo de devolverá el 10% del pago de la reserva.

Políticas generales:
- El horario de check in del hotel es a partir de las 2:00pm. El horario de check-out es hasta las 11:00am. No se admiten mascotas. El desayuno estará disponible en el comedor entre las 8:30am y las 10:30am. Esta permitido fumar en la terraza y patio. No contamos con seguro de accidentes dentro ni fuera del hostel. No asumimos costos de atención medica a pasajeros. Estadía incluye desayuno y traslado desde Quellón.

We invite you to experience "Hostel Refugio", a gathering place for travelers and explorers who want to meet other people and live the experience of being a local in the rural sector of Trincao in the Island of Chiloé.

Between the forest and the sea, away from the noise and movement of the city, "Hostel Refugio" was born. It offers the perfect place of relaxation and connection with local life in a cozy loft where living, kitchen and bedroom are combined in a single space. It is attended by its owners, who want to share with you the southern home warmth at the end of the road.

Our hostel is located in the city of Quellón, the last point of the big island of Chiloé, the end of Route 5. Its environment uniquely combines rural communities, nearby islands, port, agriculture, local crafts and customs typically chilotas. From the port of Quellón you can connect with Chaitén, Chacabuco and Puerto Cisnes.

The Rural Sector of Trincao is located approximately 20 minutes from the center of Quellón. Since there is no public transportation, our service includes the transfer, so that your visit is both convenient and unforgettable. It is the perfect place to rest, to recover your energy and to disconnect from the daily bustle of life.

From our balcony, there is a panoramic view of the islands Coldita and Laitec, the sea and the Patagonian mountain range, where the clear days will allow you to appreciate the volcanoes Michimahuida, Chaitén, Corcovado, among others. You can buy local products from our neighbors, harvest your own lettuce and potatoes from their orchards, as well as participate in the elaborate selection of curries and typical Chilotas foods. Come be part of the rural sector of Quellón, visiting our traditional churches and beaches, collect mussels, hiking and much more!

Reservation:
- Reservations can be made through our mail (hostelrefugiotrincao@gmail.com) detailing passenger’s name and date of entry and exit or calling the phones +56 9 499 12 405 / +56 9 847 15 289. Once you have received your request, you will be sent your confirmation via mail within 24 hours.
- Reservations are only effective once the value of 50% of your stay is deposited no later than 3 days prior to the date of entry of the passenger to the account that will be indicated by mail, or you can pay in cash on arrival.

- Without previous payment, your reservation is subject to the availability of the hostel upon admission.

Cancellation:
- Please inform the hostel by email at hostelrefugiotrincao@gmail.com at least 2 days before the date of your arrival to recover 100% of your deposit. Outside of this period, only 10% of the payment will be refunded.

General Policies:
- The check in time of the hotel is from 2:00 pm. Check-out time is until 11:00 am. No pets allowed. Breakfast will be available in the dining room between 8:30am and 10:30am. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and yard. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred inside or outside the hostel. We do not assume costs of medical attention to passengers. Stay includes breakfast and transfer from Quellón.
