Zein Sangha, founder of Zein Real Estate, recognizes that a home purchase (or sale) is one of the biggest decisions in a person’s life, and one of the largest investments they will undertake. She prides herself in making the process as seamless and hassle-free as possible, supporting her clients every step of the way.

Zein is in the business of creating optimal solutions for her clients by closely assessing their needs. Through building long-term relationships that extend beyond the final sale, she has been able to successfully match her clients with the right homes across Lower Mainland communities since 2012. Her unwavering dedication to her clients was recognized in 2013 as a recipient of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board’s Medallion Club Award.

Armed with a Criminology diploma and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Zein holds a unique skill set that she is able to apply to her day-to-day interactions with clients. Buying or selling a home often times coincides with a major life milestone - newlywed couples building a family, empty nesters downsizing or family members handling the estate of a loved one. Zein recognizes that realtors wear many hats that extend above and beyond an exchange of property. Her experience of working with people from diverse backgrounds has enabled her to provide support to clients as they embark on the (often) daunting task of finding the home that best suits their needs, as well as their budgets. Clients describe Zein as a trustworthy, considerate and friendly professional whose positive energy shines through all of her interactions.

Zein is also passionate about contributing to the communities to which she serves. She actively volunteers for charitable organizations and annual fundraising events such as the Canadian Cancer Society, the ‘Gift of Life’ Gala for Canuck Place and the World Partnership Walk. Aside from her volunteer pursuits, Zein is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and loves to experiment with world cuisines. She is a firm believer that the heart of a home is the kitchen and loves trying new recipes for family and friends!
