→100% handmade by us, Elyse & Patrick. Made in our shop located in Peterborough, ON Canada.

→All of our signs are hand-painted on 100% Canadian Pine Wood. Because of this, you may see some chips, cracks, holes and knots in the wood. YCS believes this adds to the character of your sign, and makes each one completely unique.

SHIPMENT + DELIVERY

→Your sign will be made and shipped to you within 2 weeks of purchase.

→Orders within Canada: shipping speeds are 5-7 business days. International (US) shipping speeds are 7-10 days. Please keep this in mind when you place your order.

→All shipments *usually* include a tracking number and delivery confirmation sent to your email from Etsy.

→I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, AT ANY TIME. These are all handmade and we spend a lot of time making these for you.

→Note from the Maker:
These are all handmade and common in most signs to have some imperfections. Every piece of wood is different, some have knots, some more rustic looking, some have scuff marks or small imperfections, but that's what makes them unique. Wood can sometimes absorb the stain differently. We guarantee that we use the same stain colour shown in photos, on every board unless otherwise specified. You won't ever get a sign that we don't think isn't 100% for you! They are all individually made by us and not mass-produced. Please remember this when ordering. Being 100% hand made, no two will ever be alike. We love being able create these beautiful pieces for you.
