INTRODUCTION TO YOGA BASICS
Beginner
This class is for someone that has NEVER done yoga before.
It will introduce many of the basic postures, including Sun
Salutation. We will also introduce basic breath techniques and simple meditation.
You must bring your own mat.

HATHA-FLOW YOGA
Regular class.
Once you've completed Basics, or already have a basic knowledge... It's time to Flow!!
Explore the benefits of combining the postures with breath, in a classic stamina building flow. Learn to build strength, stamina and balance with longer holdings and more challenging poses. Sun Salutation flow variations will be explored as well.
Classes will vary from slow/restorative to vigorous and strong flows.
You must bring your own mat!
(A yoga block and strap may be helpful as well.)

I have lived my life in Eastern Passage/Cow Bay and I have been teaching yoga here at Tallahassee Rec Center since 2005.
If you are looking for a way to find physical activity safely then join me for small community based classes.
I teach Basic Yoga! A method of physical postures, breath work and simple meditation designed to create radiant health!
My classes are suited to true Beginners, Beginner Intermediates, and even those who are more advanced but want to stick with basic postures and flows.
I am fully certified in multiple disciplines.Including: Hatha Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, Core Strength Vinyasa/Sadie Nardini, and Pre-Natal yoga.
I am also trained in in the following: Evolution Teacher Training/Sadie Nardini, Rockstar Teacher Trainig/Sadie Nardini.
I prefer not to completely follow one particular style but to take the best information from all styles to bring you a complete class.
No chanting, no sanskrit, just easy to understand instruction in plain language.
Gentle to vigorous classes. Lots of individual attention/interaction.
