Certified YogaFit Yoga Instructor, teaching Vinyasa Flow practices for the past 5 years, from the West Coast (Victoria, British Columbia) to now East Coast (Halifax, Nova Scotia).
As a 200 RYT Yoga Teacher, yoga is a passion I have that I believe has many benefits to be shared with others. What better time to practice yoga, than those special events such as; weddings, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthday parties or even just a one to one yoga practice.
