YB! Gluten Free Bakery is the Brain child of Yvonne Wyss and Ken Drury. The cookbook came first and the bakery second! --

But long before the business started the journey to Gluten Free and a different choice to processed foods was a long and involved testing of flour blends to create one that worked like regular gluten flour and that also tasted great in all products from bread to cakes and fine pastries.

Our flour blends are superior and work like regular flour. The baked goods we produce are always done with the best of ingredients and love put into every batch made!

positive energy is and integral part of creating the food we make and has the same weight as the recipes and ingredients combined to create great tasting food -- without Gluten, preservatives and processed additives. We have many recipes with less than 6 ingredients.
