WDC is in good standing with both the Ontario New Home Warranty Program and Worker’s Compensation. It carries liability insurance plus stand-alone coverage on larger projects. All work is guaranteed for 3 years.

WDC is owned and operated by William J. Pocock, and has been in continuous operation since 1981. The company started as a means for William to finance his university education, and has since grown into a credible, competent contracting business.
