What is a doula?

A doula is someone who offers emotional and physical support to a woman and her partner before, during and after childbirth. A doula believes in ‘mothering the mother’. She enables a woman and her partner to have the most satisfying birth experience possible, from pregnancy and into motherhood.


Services offered by Wholehearted:

Birth Services package: 2 x prenatal visits
$500 Continuous support during your labour/birth
2 x postpartum visits

Prenatal/Postpartum: 2 x prenatal visits
$100 2 x postpartum visits

Prenatal/Postpartum + 2 x prenatal visits
Private Yoga 2 x postpartum visits
$225 3 x 1hr private prenatal yoga sessions in your home

Prenatal yoga
$50 ea. session 1hr private prenatal yoga session in your home
