Whistling Gardens in Wilsonville, Ontario Canada opened on Saturday, May 26, 2012 as Canada’s newest horticultural playground. Essentially, it is a new botanical garden with a fresh outlook geared to all ages and catering to diverse interests. Not since the world-renowned Butchart Gardens near Victoria, BC established over a hundred years ago, has a private horticultural garden of this magnitude ever been constructed and opened to the public in Canada.

These gardens have been under intense construction for the past 4 years and are solely funded by revenue generated by Whistling Gardens wholesale nursery and retail operation through custom propagation, growing and supplying select garden centre’s, nursery’s, landscapers throughout Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes with rare and unique plants.

Daily admission rates apply to the botanical gardens, with annual memberships and guided group tours available. The gardens are accessible for special needs visitors.

Musical fountain shows, garden and floral design workshops, wellness programming and arts in the gardens sessions and more....all await your next visit. Weddings and celebrations are always welcome!
