Westend Buddhist Temple and Meditation Centre, also known as West End Buddhist Vihara, or Mississauga Buddhist Temple is managed by Halton Peel Buddhist Cultural Society, established in December 1992 and is located in Mississauga, ON, Canada provides spiritual, religious and cultural services for the people of Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
Of the many regular services that the West End Buddhist Centre provides they conduct daily and weekend worship, Sunday Dhamma School with a student body of 350, ongoing weekly meditation sessions, weekly study session of the Suttas, and they have a growing enthusiastic youth forum. Buddhist study classes include teaching, Buddhist Philosophy, Buddhist Scriptural Studies, Pali, Sanskrit, Bengali, and Sinhala.
