BASIC INFO
-I have been doing nails for 7 yrs
-I use INT products
-Takes about a hour for a set of nails and 30 minutes for a set of toes
-I have over 150 different colors and glitters as well as lots of stamps and free hand designs (no extra charge)

BEING LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT
- I book my appointments in a very timely manner. If you are going to be late please txt or call me before hand to let me know. If you are more then 10 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment. If this happens more then once there will be a $10 fee added to your next appointment.

CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT
-I always send out a confirmation txt message the day before your appointment-Please make sure you confirm or cancel with me that day so I have time to fill that appointment with another client. If I don't hear back from you I will assume you are not coming and I will fill the appointment with another client.

CANCELATIONS
-If you have to cancel your appointment please give me at least 6 hours notice. This will give me time to fill that appointment with another client. If you cancel last minute more then once you will be charged a $10 fee at your next appointment.

NO SHOW
- Not showing up for your appointment is very disrespectful to me and my business. If you came to the shop for your appointment and I wash't here I am sure you would not happy with me. If you do a No Show more then once I will not be able to keep you as a client.

NO CHILDREN POLICY
-My nail shop is not a safe environment for young children, there are a lot of chemicals, dangerous cleaning supplies as well as a lot of equipment that can harm children. Children are distracting to both me and you while I am trying to perform my job and you are not getting the best nails possible.

I know some of this rules may seem unfair but this is my only source of income and I have to keep it as organized as possible. If I have an appointment that is not filled that is loss of income for me, one appointment may not seem like a lot to you but if it happens a couple of times a week this is hundreds of dollars out of my potential income. Not to mention I am paying a full time babysitter to watch my kids so I can peacefully do your nails.
