Vernon Pregnancy Outreach Program CPNP FNFC 2

The Vernon Pregnancy Outreach Program partners with families who are pregnant and have babies up to six months of age.

Our program is one of more than 300 Canada Prenatal Nutrition Programs (CPNP) funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada.

Our program includes prenatal classes, prenatal vitamins, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, a weekly drop-in group*, monthly cooking classes, support services, and referrals to assist in making connections within the community to support healthy outcomes for moms and babies.

*Weekly Drop-In Group: Every Tuesday at 11:30am to 1:00pm.
Each week we have different topics such as: Pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, nutrition, infant development, baby care, self-care, parenting, healthy relationships, and guest speakers. Healthy snacks during group and lunch afterwards is provided.
