Elevate your sense of health and well being. Urban Roots Wellness Centre is in the heart of Bowness, and offers a wide range of services. With Acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Massage, Foundational Movement Therapy, Counselling and Craniosacral Therapy we effectively treat patients with health problems throughout the whole body.

We partner with our patients to help them make choices that will unleash their bodies’ ability to heal itself. The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) we practice at the Wellness Centre is complimentary to western medicine.
