Hello, I'm Jamie Briscoe, a Graphic Designer, Fine Artist, and Craftsperson from Windsor, Ontario.

Under The Toadstool allows me to bring together my two favourite things into one place - handcrafting and tabletop gaming.

As a natural jack-of-all-trades, I love to work in a range of mediums - woodworking, metalworking, stone carving, painting, sculpting, illustration, and design - whatever the project calls for. I can literally do it all - and do it well.

I have been an avid lover of the fantasy and sci-fi genre since I was eight years old. It all started when my friend, who lived across the street, introduced me to Doctor Who. Later that same year, I was introduced to Dungeons & Dragons at summer camp. I'm pretty much the quintessential nerd. I play in a weekly D&D group, read fantasy and sci-fi, paint models, make dioramas, and collect comic books.

A few words about my products:

I specialize in making things that appeal to nerds and craft lovers alike.

My shop features both woodland inspired items, such as beautiful wall hangings, keepsake boxes, soapstone carvings, wooden signs, and picture frames, and hardcore gamer stuff, such as dioramas, dice bags, sculptures, props, and miniatures. But those are just a few examples.

Each item is lovingly hand crafted by me. There is no minimum dollar amount to buy. You can place custom orders. If you're not sure if I offer it, please feel free to inquire. I will do my best to make it!
