Sarah started her journey towards becoming a fitness Trainer after the birth of her first son. She found the demands of a “work from home Mom” demanding, so she became determined to “make time” for health. This led her to push further and pursue a career in the fitness industry. The past few years she has juggled working from home, office, education to further her specialty fitness requirements, and raising her two sons. She is now fully BCRPA certified in GROUP FITNESS, WEIGHT TRAINING, and PERSONAL TRAINING. Sarah knows how difficult it is to find time to exercise. She applies her knowledge in fitness and health to all areas of life. Her approach is to “fit” in time and realize the POWER you have to be strong, healthy, and happy. This frame of thought can appeal to people in all walks of life, with all types of schedules… She aims to be a catalyst to action and inspire all those who need to feel powerful and move forward with health. You will become healthier and happier humans for life!

Personal Training

Personal training is designed to suit your needs. Some of the choices are:
Private (or small group) Bootcamp or any style/ Core conditioning/ endurance/ weight training and much more! We will take a look at your “Wish list” and find a style that will get you powered up!

Postural Analysis, with exercises designed to correct muscle imbalance.

Stretching Program to help relieve aches and pains associated with tight muscles and muscle imbalance.
Core Strengthening. Weak abdominal muscles can cause back pain, lymphatic problems, headaches and bad posture.
