Payment Rates:
1 session / week = $70.00 monthly payment
2 sessions / week = $130.00 monthly payment
3+ sessions / week = $170.00 monthly payment


PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING MEMBERSHIP TYPES

1 fully guided session/ week.
6 month enrollment - $135.00 per month

Silver Membership
2 fully guided sessions/ week.
3 month enrollment - $220.00 per month

Platinum Membership
3 or more fully guided sessions/ week.

All Private & Semi-Private training sessions follow the True North Training Protocol, and will be designed to all ages and abilities. With your monthly membership payment you will be entitled to:

FULLY GUIDED WORKOUTS

If you feel like you need to have cutting edge equipment and machines (which are hard to use), the big box gyms are for you. If you want to get results in the easiest way possible, fully guided workouts are what you need.

BALANCE & STABILITY

Balance & stability training that will correct imbalances and decrease body dysfunctions. These activities will help all clients perform activities of daily living in a safer and more efficient manner.

MOVEMENT ASSESSMENTS

Constant movement assessment that will help you achieve a better functioning body. During each workout your coach will be correcting all faulty movements and searching for areas of improvement.

FLEXIBILITY

Flexibility training that will correct common developmental deficiencies. As the movement assessment begin to become a little more clear, effective mobility techniques will be implemented to facilitate improved movement.

NUTRITION COUNSELLING

Nutrition counseling that will better allow your body to adapt and overcome workouts. Coaches will slowly begin to get an idea for your eating patterns, and will begin to come up with small strategies for change so you can truly take advantage of these training sessions.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training sessions that keep your metabolism burning 30+ hours post-workout. As your body begins to transform, and more efficient muscle is developed, your metabolic rate will be increased and thus you will burn more energy in a given day, EVEN WHEN YOU DON’T TRAIN.

CARDIO

Unconventional cardio training that will leave you feeling invigorated, not drained. This cardio will not involve running for extended periods of time, or riding a bike for hours on end. This cardio will be fast paced intervals that will achieve the same effect, but in a fraction of the time.

COACHES MINDSPACE

It is a certainty that the workout sessions themselves will be effective, and get great results, but that is only because of the great amount of time it takes to effectively plan and develop them.

What you are truly getting with your payment is a coach that will be thinking about your development on a daily basis. During your workouts your coach will take you through the best methods to achieve your desired goals, but that only happens because they spent many hours beforehand thinking about how you would feel during each portion of the workout. You are buying in to a coach who will now use his/her time to create amazing workouts for you so you don’t ever have to think about what to do, or even worry at all. IT WILL ALL BE ORGANIZED FOR YOU. All you need to do is give your best effort and the results will come quickly.
