My husband and I are both Red Sealed chefs and I come from a background of fitness. As a fitness competitor myself, I understand the major importance of the food we are putting in our bodies and the bodies of our little people, on a daily basis.

We are looking to take on some new clients for personalized meal prep. Bringing you extremely healthy and flavourful meals. As chefs that is the best part! Healthy food does not have to be boring or taste bland.

We also specialize and have plenty of experience with plated dinners from casual to fine dining, including wine and beer pairings.
