An intense cardio Soca class with the delicious Carlos, Piloxing SSP with the powerhouse Kelly(she is small, but mighty!!!) or a solid physical challenge of Piloxing KNOCKOUT with Justine the Invincible...then you can relax and find your center with an incredible hour of regenerating Yoga with the Lindsey.
