Your Link to Health & Fitness is a Registered Massage Therapy Clinic with a Fitness Retail shop.

This is the merger of 2 previously established businesses in Temiskaming Shores... The Running Link and Your Link To Health Massage Therapy that originally opened in 2005. All services and product previously available from both businesses are still available, now just operating as one business.

Registered Massage Therapy is available by appointment only.

The retail shop is open to the public during specific retail hours (shopping outside of those hours is offered by appointment) and offers athletic footwear for running, walking, cross training as well as fitness apparel for running, walking, yoga, Pilates, general gym training. Fitness accessories such as GPS watches, hydration systems, energy products, foam rollers/balls and other home care exercise/rehab products are also available.

Owned and operated by Chandra Juurlink, BSc, RMT. Chandra has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2005. She specializes in deep tissue therapy, postural correction and injury rehab. She also brings her experience as a recreational runner (completed a variety of races and events from 5km-42km distances) and her professional education and training to offer gait assessments to properly fit footwear, minimizing injury and enhancing performance.

Your Link To Health & Fitness also promotes and assists local run/walk events, and offers beginner running clinics every spring.
