The Log Farm 4.53

The Log Farm is a Historical farm site from the 19th century. On the farm site you can tour the inside of the original house and see how the Bradley's lived in the 1800's. You can also tour around the original barns and see how they were built and used in the past. there is lots to see including 19th century tools and artifacts and visit with the farm animals. Every spring we run a traditional sugar bush, you can see how maple syrup is made, and have a taste of it by enjoying some taffy on a stick. Year round we have beautiful walking trails throughout our 100 plus acres. You can take a walk in the peace and quiet, there are lots of wild birds to see, including a few blue harron families and lots of Canada geese on the pond. There is a porcupine that hangs out in a big old tree just off one of the trails and if your quiet you might see some deer. In the fall we will have pumpkins for sale. We are organizing and planning to host a seasonal farmers market with local vendors selling local vegetables, pastries, bread, crafts and more!
