My name is Lyndsay, certified nail technician graduate from the Ontario Nail and Esthetic Institute, I graduated in 2015, and since have been fulfilling my dreams of being a Nail Technician. Located in New Hamburg, 15 minutes from kitchener. Offering a number of services, Gel polish, Sculpted gel, acrylic, manicures and pedicures.

I generally operate in the evenings and work on occasional saturdays, please feel free to message me for an appointment!

THE LITTLE NAIL SPA POLICIES

Scheduled Appointments

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, if you are going to be late, please notify me. Running late will result in your appointment time being shortened, should I have a client booked in after you. If you are over 15 minutes late with no notice, I have the right to refuse service, and you will need to rebook.

Please do not arrive early to your appointment. I work individually and I book specific time slots for each client. It is very important to me that I ensure every one of my clients receive’s the best spa experience possible, with no interruptions. This also gives me time to cleanup and sanitize to prepare for my next client. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment, to allow me my scheduled time with each of you.

NO SHOW POLICY:
As a courtesy it is your responsibility to notify me with at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. If you do not show up to a scheduled appointment, you will be responsible to provide a 50% deposit towards any future bookings.

PAYMENT:

I accept cash, cheque, or E-transfer to l.dicesare@live.com, as forms of payment. should you send an e-transfer, please make sure you do so before leaving your appointment. Post dated cheques are NOT acceptable, cheque must be dated for the same day and made out to Lyndsay Pearson. Please note if paying by cash I do not always have change on hand.

FILLS/CHANGE OUTS
I reccomend to all of my clients to come in for a fill at least every 2-3 weeks, anything past 4 weeks will be considered a full set of nails.

Any nail breaks that occur within 3 days of being done, will be fixed at no charge, after 3 days you will be charged $5/nail for fixing.

Please note that as a licensed nail tech, it is visible to us if nails have been bitten, picked, slammed in doors, or bumped off, please consider this when coming in for fixing. please remember the work and effort that is put into your beautiful set of nails, before biting/picking them off! I truly take pride in my work, and hope that you can take good care of your nails following your appointment. We always consider your line of work/lifestyle/etc.

If you come in with more then 4 broken nails to your appointment, you will be charged for a full set, as this will take extra time.
