With our open concept kitchen on site and our selection of food we hope that we truly will convert you over to a gluten free lifestyle filled with joy. We also carry many items that are for dairy free, egg free, and vegan lifestyles.

If you were to try one product: make it bread, a butter tart, a donut muffin (baked not fried - low in fat and sugar), nanaimo, a pie. Not necessarily in that order. made with love.
