Choosing the right therapy and counsellor for you can be time consuming and exhausting. How do you know which therapist will be able to help you? I understand only too well, I've been there.

I first began training with the Quest Institute (established in 2005 by Trevor Silvester) after my own Cognitive Hypnotherapist suggested I considered it for both personal and professional development.

Since then, it has completely changed my life in so many positive and wonderful ways.
