The Finish Line Team opened the first full service salon in Bridgewater. It was the Spring of 1995.

TFL stands for The Finish Line but it also symbols our mission statement: Team Fun and Learning.

Fun : (WWW) - win win win? This is our formula question we ask before any policy is set in place. Client wins, Staff wins, and Salon wins. How can it not be fun if everyone is winning?

Learning : Minimum expectations @ TFL is 2 courses per year. TFL's team meets every 6 weeks for promotional planning and every 4 weeks for technical development. Trade shows are a must whenever possible.

At TFL you can find a large retail area with all sorts of fun gift items ranging from jewelry to wall hangings. Knowledgeable staff to assist you with making choices on the purchase that's just right. Current Hair Care and home care items too.

TFL's Coordinators keep a close eye on the efficiency so that your experience will be top notch the first time as well as your fiftieth. We are constantly looking for ways to better your salon experience. Feed back is essential to our growth. We randomly call clients to see how we are doing.
