With over 20 years in the industry, his extensive experience and knowledge in product management and business procedures along with his passion and enthusiasm in the sport has allowed him to ensure quality products to any skater’s individual needs, at any level. As Jason is actively involved in the direction of the organization both internally and externally, he maintains to conduct a consistent in store presence, as he is driven by customer relationships with his eternal commitment to “comfort and fit”. Jason is definitely the go- to guy for all things Figure Skating Boutique.

• David: Repair Service(s)

David is a natural- born repair man whose true talents at Figure Skating Boutique derive from his 20+ years of hands on experience in customer service. • Bradley: Fittings & Operational Excellence

Bradley is not your typical skates fitter, his role encompasses a variety of responsibilities which includes operations (shipping and receiving), communications and long range planning of products/ services. Bradley works closely with vendors to develop our highly effective business processes and production mechanisms. In addition to overseeing external operations, Bradley works alongside both Jason and David to support all in store duties/ procedures.

• Dina: Visual Merchandiser

As visual merchandiser at the Figure Skating Boutique Dina tackles any in store display with a keen eye, and an endless imagination. Her solid experience and creativity results in an enjoyable shopping experience for the customer with respect to the merchandise displayed in regards to the colours, styles, and trends of the season—while respecting our customer’s buying preferences of channel, choice and convenience.

As Figure Skating Boutique Administrator, Judith works day- to- day operations in and around the store—alongside all departments in aims to promote a healthy well-organized work environment. With a strong desire for customer satisfaction, Judith looks for opportunities to add a personal touch to her customer service approaches while building positive connections to meet the expectations of our customers each and every day.
