Greetings!!! .. To better ensure your search, We have a few Packages available to better introduce you to what we offer and the approximate costs per work order. The Crown Cleaning Group is set apart from any other cleaning company as we always include our organization skill set with the cleaning without an additional charge to your account with great pleasure to better serve our clientele.
The Pearl Package
offers for your home or small sales office or small business .. The cost is 75.00 (plus applicable taxes) payable on the date agreed for the cleaning service. This package offers approximately 2-3 hours of surface cleaning , vacuuming and washing the floors . (product included) / light organization included
The Crown Package .. The cost is 175.00 (plus applicable taxes) payable on the date agreed for the cleaning service.
This package offers deeper cleaning , main surfaces throughout , dusting throughout , window sills , handles , switches , baseboards , full bathroom(s) / wall to wall , surfaces in the kitchen ,vacuuming and washing the floors throughout. Approx 4-6 hours (basement and windows not included) (product included) / organization included.

We offer estimates according to the square footage, in turn costs may be subject to change according to the size of the local in question.
All contracts signed for a minimum of 1 year a 15% discount is established along with all applicable taxes.

The Commercial Condominium Package
payable on the last day of every month prior to that months cleaning , ranges between $2000.00 - $3000.00 (plus applicable taxes) per building / payable on the last day of every month prior to that month's cleaning.
This includes , the rounds according to the condo laws required for basic checks , changing light bulbs , checking door ways , clearing emergency exits , lobby cleaning , dusting , vacuuming , washing of the floors - entrance doors , small entrance windows , washing fire escape stairs weekly , vacuuming hallways on all floors weekly and general upkeep weekdays, help with the garbage and recycling take out and entry weekly , organization included. Total hours between 60 and 80 depending per month ( approximately 15 hours per week or more - the set cost does not fluctuate hourly) The cost per work order is set according to the work to be accomplished and is not subject to an hourly wage.
