The Core and Optimum Health and Performance Centre was founded by Dr.Pat Graham, Official Chiropractor of the Toronto Blue Jays, and is an integrative Health Clinic that offers multiple services, such as Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, RMT, Naturopathy, Chiropody and Athletic Training. We also offer custom bracing, custom orthotics and compression stockings.

Core is also an official partner and clinic of the Shift Concussion Management Program and we offer the Shift ImPACT test at our Mississauga location.

It is our mission to have our clients leave healthier and happier than they came in on their first visit, armed with the awareness that a healthy and active lifestyle is the key to a longer and pain free life.
