The Beneficial B’s two self-contained suites offer a nurturing alternative to busy downtown hotels.

Furnished with cozy Queen sized beds with 100% Organic cotton or Bamboo Sheets, the guest houses feature filtered water so no chlorine is coming into your glass of water or your bath , and the rooms are cleaned with 95% Natural products . Weekly or more frequent housekeeping is offered as desired.

Two private , warm, inviting and relaxing apartments to choose from: both suitable for one person or a couple. Both featuring small , complete kitchens and full bathrooms with baths and showers. South House B is more spacious and bright, and North House B is more like a delicious cozy retreat . North House B also has a brand new over/under washer and dryer.
