At Amaryllis, we are all about staying authentic to our gifts and teaching abilities which means that everyone has a unique flare in their teaching. Each class is considerably different with the exception of a couple. Our Hot 26 classes are a set sequence that is based on a very old style of yoga with the heat added to ensure a full body detoxification. Our Vinyasa Flow Hot & Flow -non hot (VF Hot) classes run daily with each teacher having a slightly different intention.
Whether you have children looking for a class or are in need of resting your adrenals from a busy world or you would just like to shed a few pounds with a riveting workout, we have just the class. Remember that our schedule is prone to change slightly each month, so some of these classes listed are not available ALL year round.
