Our Code of Conduct:

While this is an open forum, it's also a family friendly one, so please keep your comments and wall posts clean. In addition to keeping it family friendly, we ask that you follow our posting guidelines here. If you don't comply, your message will be removed:

-This is not a forum to file a grievance. Any grievance complaints or comments will be removed. Please visit our website or contact any local union representative for information on the proper procedures to filing a grievance.

-We do not allow graphic, obscene, explicit or racial comments or submissions nor do we allow comments that are abusive, hateful or intended to defame anyone or any organization.

-We do not allow the promotion of candidates or slates for Local Union, Joint Council and International Union office.

-We do not allow solicitations or advertisements. This includes promotion or endorsement of any financial or commercial, non-profit or governmental agency. Similarly, we do not allow attempts to defame or defraud any financial, commercial, non-profit or governmental agency.

-We do not allow comments that suggest or encourage illegal activity.

-We do not allow posts written for the sole purpose to illicit negative reactions or cause conflict - commonly referred to as 'trolling'

-You participate at your own risk, taking personal responsibility for your comments, your username and any information provided.

-We recognize the individual challenges faced by our Membership in their respective workplaces and how these challenges often lead to frustration. We ask that you stay within the above guidelines. Contact any local union representative for any dialog which may fall outside of the above guidelines.
