Supreme Fitness operates from a “functional fitness” approach to personal training. The movements that are taught are designed to make people’s lives easier, better, and more enjoyable. The goal is to improve clients’ quality of life through physical fitness, and to do so through unique, fun, and shorter, but intense workouts.
