However we can accommodate rentals via email request if staff is avail. Please send us an email indicating when and how many people you have.

Frequent paddler cards, group rates and long duration rental rates available.

Ages 5-9 on board with adult, must be able to swim and have own life jacket that fits them

Ages 10-15 can have own board or on board with adult, but adult must be on water as well, lifejacket must fit them

Ages 16-17 adult guardian must sign waiver, life jacket that fits them

New this year 17XL board that can fit 6-8 people at a time, only $60 per hour.

SUP YOGA Details and Schedule:

Please register via email to embracethesunyoga15@gmail.com to reserve your spot and ensure that class will proceed. Drop ins will be charged a $5 surcharge. Max class size is 7 particpants.

Intro to SUP Yoga : Curious about SUP and Yoga but have never tried it or have very limited experience? This is the class for you! During this 90 min class we will discuss SUP basics, such as terminology, board/paddle dynamics, safety regulations, paddle techniques, foot stance and how to fall off/get back on the board. After a shoreline warm-up we will hit the water to put the theory into practice. As everyone gets a good feel for being on the board we will proceed to anchor and do some yoga. The flow of yoga poses will be designed to build confidence in practicing on a SUP. Bring a towel, and/or a change of clothes, water bottle and a playful attitude! We will get wet!

Price: $40 w/ equipment rental, $20 if you bring your own board and equipment

SUP Yoga Flow: SUP Yoga Flow
Take the time for yourself to connect with the water element and do some yoga on your SUP! As we usually move through our days full of rigidity and routine, this 60 min class will let all that fall aside, and get ready to feel the gentle rhythm of water underneath you. The class will start out with a quick shoreline warm-up, a brief paddle and then move to anchor for some SUP Yoga. This class is for those who possess at least basic SUP paddling skills and an all levels yoga practice. Bring a towel, and/or a change of clothes, water bottle and a playful attitude! We will get wet!
