530 - 645pm | RESTORATIVE | A gentle way to heal and harmonize, while helping to release deeply held tensions from the body and mind.
700 - 900pm | GROW YOUR PRACTICE | An in depth session - tailored to help you integrate yoga philosophy, daily practice, and creative energy into your life. All levels welcome!
THURSDAY:
1210 - 1250pm | NOON POWER HOUR | A short class to help get that kink out of your neck on your lunch break.
300-415pm | TASTE OF YOGA | A sampling of some of the delicious yoga traditions we offer in the afternoon to better accommodate your schedule.
530 - 645pm | SUN DOG FLOW | Embrace your creative side with a free moving vinyasa flow, with focus on playful postures to deepen your traditional practice.
700 - 815pm | YOGA NIDRA | A deeply transformative practice accomplished through guided meditation.
