Sophie's Original Choice Pickled Products 2.26

Sophie's Choice is a small family owned business. We provide only the best pickled products in the Columbia Valley. We started off with pickling asparagus, then pickles, garlic, habanero jelly, carrots, relishes and the list goes on and on!
I started canning somewhere around the age of 9. My parents were of polish decent and my Mom would can everything. My Mom was the BEST canner in the world. As I grew older, moved out,and got married I started up canning and I thank my Mom everyday for this unique talent she taught me. I know she looks down at me and I hope she is proud of me and what I do. When I get bored I go down to the shop and can something, my sons sample the products and if they like it I know it will be accepted by the people.
