My journey began in Plant Based Nutrition, which in turn introduced me to Essential Oils and Raindrop Therapy. I am a Usui Reiki Master and have a studio where I do many types of energy healing combined with massage. I am certified with Hot Stone, Myofascial Cupping, Crystal Healing and am on my way in aquiring my Master Herbalist Certification. I also am a CanFit Pro certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
