Soap for Hope - YYC 2.98

Soap for Hope - YYC collects new travel sized soap and shampoo products generously donated by WestJet flight crews. These are put into Hygiene Kits and distributed to local shelters in the Airdrie/Calgary, Alberta area. We now have a hotel program where we take used hotel hygiene products and sort, wash and reprocess with the help of local volunteers. Hotels in our program include Best Western Premier Freeport in Calgary, Country Inn and Suites by Carlton in Calgary, and the new In-terminal Marriott Hotel at YYC. These hotels pay to be in our program allowing us to pick up from them and distribute the reprocessed hygiene products to 14 local shelters and community outreach programs in Airdrie, Calgary and Cochrane as well as provide International aid when required.
