The mission of Simply Apothecary Skin Care is to connect people to the power and simplicity of natural, plant-based skin care.

Our products are formulated to replace all of the artificial, petroleum-based and chemical ingredients of commercial skin care products with plant-powered, natural and organic alternatives. These natural base ingredients and essential oils bestow their phyto-active properties to our bodies as they are absorbed through our skin, nourishing us from the outside.

We use only 100% natural essential oils in our products. Essential oils have been used for centuries by traditional societies, ancient healers and apothecaries, and are in fact the "essence" or "life force" of botanically active leaves, flowers, roots, grasses, fruits and bark. They are known to have powerful effects on our physical, emotional and mental well-being.

Our products are free of all petrochemicals, parabens, glycols, SLES, SLS, PEGs, synthetic perfumes and dyes. We do not use synthetic emulsifiers or thickeners, so our products naturally separate and must always be shaken before use - which we feel is a small price to pay for natural chemical-free skin care.
