If you are feeling overwhelmed, believe you have reached an impasse in your life and are weary of your next move, you’re not alone. What you are noticing is an experience shared by everyone at some point along our life journey. Although our specific experiences may be unique to our lives, the thoughts and feelings we have are part of our shared human experience. It’s learning how to navigate the challenges these circumstances present by choosing to have compassion for ourselves that can make all the difference. It is my goal, together with you, to find a new point of view. A point of view that is born out of empathy and fosters self-compassion.
