Please note that Shahz Nail Salon reserves the right to refuse the service if an infection or similar issue is suspected.

- Late Arrival, Late Cancellation & NO SHOWS
Shahz Nail Salon reserves the right to downgrade and/or CANCEL the service in the event of a Late Arrival if there isn’t sufficient time so as to respect the appointment of the following client. Late Cancellations will be considered a NO-SHOW and a fee of $20 will be applied.
A minimum of 24 hrs cancellation notice is required (changes can be requested through the email reminder sent out 48 hrs before the appointment).

- Deposit
New Clients will be required to make a deposit of $20 or for Service/Multiple services more than 1 hour 30 mins a deposit of 50% in advance. Cancellation and to be refunded requires a notice 1 week in advance. Payments can be made in Cash, Debit or Email Transfers.
