When I was about 8 yrs old, I asked my Mom to make some clothes for my teddy bear. Instead she showed me how to do it myself. After sewing many different articles and making my own clothes through high school, I started making my own patterns and sewing for others. However in recent years I've discovered I truly enjoy finding ways to repair and alter clothing, so we can all get more use out of our favorite garments!
