I grew up on the Jersey Shore, and the one thing I miss is summer. The lights, the sounds, the smell of salt air and sausage and peppers as they cooked. There's nothing like it. But there's a ton of other flavors from New Jersey... and I intend to bring them directly to you. Enjoy, friends!
