I have a strong background in photojournalism beginning my photography career as a newspaper photographer. I've done assignments for publications such as The Globe And Mail, Reuters, Maclean's, Progress, Paris Match, and TIME. After gaining experience as a news photographer, I began to fine tune my skills and moved over into corporate and advertising photography, working with national and international companies such as Etruscan Resources, Secunda Marine, Telus, Nova Scotia Community College, and Composites Atlantic to name a few. These corporate assignments require a strong ability to make creative and technically sound images under demanding conditions from the desert in West Africa to the stormy Atlantic Ocean. I have successfully done this for 25 years. Now I am moving into wedding photography and my goal is to be one of the top wedding photographers in Nova Scotia and to deliver beautiful and amazing images of special moments, like your wedding day.
