We are located in the Salmo Valley Youth & Community Centre and our team is working very hard to promote an active lifestyle for all Salmo & Area G residents!
Our Fitness Centre staff each possess a passion for fitness and offer individual insight on the subject if you spark the conversation. Whether we are demonstrating how a machine works, performing an exercise, or providing motivational feedback we strive to share knowledge of health and wellness.
