I have always known that it was my souls divine purpose to work within the healing realm. A true knowingness that the harmony of the mind, body, soul connection is where true healing begins. Deepening my spiritual practice has helped assist me with my own healing incorporating meditation, reiki, herbal support, essential oils and crystals. Through my own awareness and struggles I am innately able to assist my clients on there own healing journey. Going within and truly getting to the root cause of our unhappiness and imbalances is where true healing begins. I always resort to getting to the "root" of the problem vs masking our pain. The road to true healing and empowerment isn't always easy, I truly believe that with the power of our mind, body and soul in unison anything is possible.
