I have recently graduated from the Massage Therapy program at College Boréal. During my 3 years of schooling I was able to work alongside a variety of varsity teams such as; the Boreal Vipers volleyball and badminton team, Laurentian University’s swim team and occasionally attended a few wrestling tournaments. This opportunity opened up my eyes to the world of sports therapy and I am now working to obtain my hours to become a registered Sports Massage Therapist.

Growing up I was always involved in sports, playing for both varsity and rep teams, which peaked my interest in the Massage Therapy program. I have also developed a passion for a more holistic approach and am hoping to one day further my education in nutrition or herbalism.

Until then, my goal is to assist and motivate my clients throughout their rehabilitation into a healthy lifestyle. I aim to restore my client’s freedom from the aches and pains that limit us in our everyday life while concentrating on both the body and the mind.
