In other words, AT's treat pain and injury related to muscles, bones, and joints.With the use of modalities, manual skills, and an individualized exercise regimen, Athletic Therapists are able to treat acute and/ or chronic injuries and pain. Certified Athletic Therapists can be found in a variety of settings including: sports teams, private clinics, workplaces, and institutional settings.

What is Massage Therapy?
Massage Therapy is the prevention, assessment, and treatment of soft tissue and joints of the body. With the use of manual skills and modalities, RMT's are able to treat injury, pain and physical disorders of the soft tissues and joints.
