Real English Conversations is a website designed for intermediate to advanced English students that are trying to improve their English Conversation skills to feel and sound more natural in their new language. Our audio is not a lesson! It is designed for you to hear the sounds of the English language while listening to interesting, engaging and fun English conversation dialogues between Amy & Curtis. The podcasts will be spoken in American English, even though you will find out that Amy & Curtis are Canadians the accent, slang and expressions are comparable to an American that lives in the Western or Central United States.
I’ll give you a tip though: English is English! Aside from a regional accent and a few regional specific words, English speakers will understand you! You are always going to have a foreign accent when you speak English. It’s not a bad thing, it’s reality. Foreign accents sound cool anyway!
During our own language learning adventure, we realized that most learning resources are BORING which will lead to loosing motivation to learn English. One of the most useful and effective ways to learn is by listening to interesting dialogues of native speakers having a Real English Conversation. After many years of studying Spanish they are finally able to enjoy using the language during their adventures.
